Ah, Tax Season.
My officemate is on hold with the IRS. They are playing _The Blue Danube_, an excellent choice, if a bit tinny. Every minute or so the recording pauses and a voice says that they are serving other customers, continue to hold.
Customers?

At the end of tax year 2008 please discontinue my account. I no longer wish to be a customer of yours. I have signed on with Vinnie's Legbreakers, Inc, of Brooklyn, NY. I am assured that they provide superior customer service at discount prices.
