I made a vanilla-apricot sherbet. Low fat: total dairy content, 1 cup of whole milk. Other ingredients: apricots, sugar, water, vanilla, salt.
Pretty good; will be better made with peaches, I think.

I'm a sucker for fresh apricots. even more of one for the pit kernels. They make some really good marzipan too.

Really good apricots are better than peaches. These were pretty good apricots. I suspect I've never had a perfect peach.
