_Against All Enemies_, John Hemry. As with the previous three books featuring Paul Sinclair, the formula is followed and the story is told. Still competent. I expect Hemry can turn out one of these every year until he either gets Sinclair to become a JAG lawyer or a captain -- the first would only take three or four more books; the second would need about thirty. (Finally, a military series that doesn't promote the hero one grade per book. In Cole and Bunch's _Sten_ series, they needed their protagonist to switch services three or four times in order to have enough headroom...)
