Bad things continue to happen to Harry Dresden, Chicago's only Yellow Pages-listed wizard. One of the problems in this sort of series is that you pretty much have to increase the threat level of the bad guys in each succeeding volume -- otherwise your hero has already dealt with such problems, eh? Butcher doesn't entirely avoid that, but he does manage to avoid ramping Harry's power level too fast. In this exciting episode: Harry Goes To A Con.
