_Powers: Who Killed Retro Girl?_, written by Brian Michael Bendis
_Lucifer: Dalliance with the Damned_ (v3), written by Mike Carey
_Lucifer: The Divine Comedy_ (v4)
_Lucifer: Inferno_ (v5)

At this point, I'd be willing to describe Lucifer as a sort of symphony: there are themes, there are motifs, and the stories are building towards... something. This is just about the half-way point, and I suspect that only most of the players have been introduced. The individual stories are quite good, although the consistent "stupid humans are caught up in plots beyond their control (and sometimes understanding)" is starting to be annoying. Luckily, that's not the focus.

_Powers_ is definitely "Law And Order: Superperps" with a higher ratio of catching the villains by accident or because they can't keep their mouths shut. It's nice to see 100-130 point GURPS police chasing 200-point supers.
