LJ sold to KGB [film at eleven]

Hey, remember my last post? About nothing on LJ really being secret, especially from a lawyer with a subpoena?
Make that "from a lawyer with a subpoena from a judge in Moscow", too.
I don't think the barrier has dropped very far, but I never thought it was much taller than lawn grass, either.
[edit at 8:33 - I hope that the new subtitle on this post makes it clear that I am being sarcastic. I have no information that SUP is owned or under the control of the KGB, and I have no problem with Russians qua Russians. I do not expect the court system of the CIS to follow the same standards as I expect (and often am disappointed in) a US court. Nor should I; people are entitled to their own governments.]
