Big turn out at the polls today
Nov. 4th, 2008 09:50 amOur polling place is the music room of a local high school. Normally there is, at most, 1-2 people in line ahead of us.
Today the double line (segregated by street) went across the room, out the door, and down the hall another 20-30 people. The town clerk was directing people to the lines, and commented that he had never seen a turnout like this.
