Baileys Ice Cream.
1 qt half-and-half, minus some when it was inadvertently opened for coffee despite being hidden behind the rice milk and the salad dressing, not that I'm bitter.
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp salt
250mL Baileys
The boys haven't tried it. The alcohol content means that it absolutely needs several hours in a freezer after being run through the machine.
