Grated onions for latkes
Grated sweet potatoes for latkes
Cooked and pureed white potatoes for creamy filling of white potato latkes
Did not make a horrendous mess.

To be done:
Go out to colo for firewall replacement.
Grate white potatoes for latkes
Get out deep fryer
Fry, fry, fry.

Make dinner plans.
