The sixth book of Jenetta, she who is a strategic and tactical goddess and can do no wrong. Enemies cower at the mention of her name. Subordinates praise her to each other when she is not even in the room. In this volume: a special side-trip for previously unknown Admiral Vroman who made the mistake of being assigned to replace Her Wonderfulness prematurely. The plot required that he be delayed by a year or so, and he winds up on the Primitive Planet of Dinosaurs. Fierce tales of camping ensue. Nothing much happens.
Also, Jenetta gets the Medal of Honor a second time, and is declared Space Princess of the Second Galaxy. At this point I am only reading in shocked unnatural fascination.
