Marvel's doing paperback collections much faster now that they've realized that there's an audience segment that prefers waiting and getting a complete story to dealing with 24-32 page monthly installments.
In issue one, she tells us that the thing she always has to do is get back up. In the next four issues, she does that. Oh, and she smacks a male supremacist with superpowers around repeatedly. Nothing wrong with that.

The title of this volume is Civil War II, but it's several civil wars: between rival high schools at a science fair, between two groups of superheroes (and Captain Marvel is not on the right side, Ms. Marvel is); and between various groups in Karachi.
None of this makes sense without extra context. That's OK; people like complex relationships -- as long as they know or can easily find out the history.
