Lunch from Clover: a small review

dsrtaoI walked over to Clover Food Labs www.cloverfoodlab.com to get some lunch.
What I got:
"chickpea sandwich" -- why do they call it this when it is clearly a falafel sandwich? The deeply fried falafel in a whole wheat pita, along with hummus, a sauce not unlike tzatziki, a slice of pickle, and a whole bunch of chopped salad, mostly green lettuce and purple cabbage. It was OK, but the falafel from Jerusalem Kitchen one truck up is better spiced, and they have hot sauce on request.
"rosemary fries" -- tasty, but limp.
"curried carrot salad" -- excellent. Roasted carrot in large chunks, a little roasted onion, a small amount of green herb that I don't recognize, and a nice spice coating over everything, pungent and a little bitter to offset the carrots. Recommended.
"black ice tea" -- free today, because they have apparently been screwing it up. This wasn't screwed up. It's a nice, extremely cold tea, with just enough sugar to take away bitterness but not actually make it sweet. Also recommended.
Why do they have seven people in that truck? The other trucks manage with one or two people apiece. I could see three, or even four... seven?
