I also have an original Droid and I've been trying to decide between RAZR and Nexus. I like that Droid is practically bulletproof. I am hard on devices and mine has survived everything. I was surprised that Nexus doesn't have Gorilla Glass. But then it has Ice Cream Sandwich. I don't know what I think about the non-removable battery on RAZR -- I know iPhone is like that, but...
