My minion Andy raises a good point. If corporations are people, then owning them is Constitutionally forbidden. It's slavery.

Non-profits are free....
But, unfortunately, often they pay no Federal taxes, sometimes not even city or state taxes, no payroll taxes, no SSN, no FICA.
Free-loaders. And selfish bastards, keeping all their profits.
But: not slaves.
