It's an aberrant evil monster from the Abyss; the only beautiful thing about it is the fact that it can eventually be killed. Going in through the eye is just one option.

While I remember the monster, I also remember that Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder.

It seems to me that we consistently miss the ripostes to our own puns. (For the universe of you and I exchanging them, I mean.)

I think perhaps our pun tracks run in different directions. As for other things, I'm not sure if there's enough evidence to make a decision.

I think the best thing is that he was kind of excited and not at all scared or squeamish about it. He seemed happy to actually have a monster to show us.
