4 tsp powdered cinnamon
less than 1/8 tsp very hot chili powder
1 quart half-n-half
sugar, salt, vanilla.
I believe a full 1/8 tsp of the very hot chili powder would have been good. Everyone liked it, except Z backed away after I mentioned the chili powder. He ate almost all of it, though, and continued tasting afterwards.

1.5 cups lite coconut milk
.75 cup sugar
splash of vanilla, pinch of salt
When it was done, I added a few shots of coconut rum and then turned the machine back on until it was thick again.
Topped with toasted coconut.
mmmm.
