Two snowblower sessions
Dec. 20th, 2008 03:55 pmThis storm was two snowblower sessions long. Last night I cleared the extra-long driveway in about an hour; this afternoon I did it in about 45 minutes. It's still snowing.
The plow pack at the roadside seems unusually light this storm. Has Waltham changed the plows? I don't think so.
I should remember to take some ibuprofen before I go out. It's not pushing the snowblower about that I mind, it's the fact that I have to bend over to do it. I can't fit a six-inch extension on the handles, either, as the control system is a set of squeeze bars top and bottom. Let go, and the relevant function stops.
