I want a coffee mug.

It should be glazed ceramic. About 20, 24 oz. Strong handle. Dishwasher-safe. Hefty.

On the inside, there should be a ring of color squares, ranging from a dark brown that is almost black to a just-off-white tan. In between, of course, fourteen more gradations of coffee colors.


I'd better have two.

That sounds like something one could reasonably create at a Clayground/Made By Me/similar do-it-yourself workshop. Depending, of course, on how many shades of brown-to-tan paint they have on hand. :-)

Agreed. And they often have very large sizes. Granted, some of them are designed for putting plants in, but it all depends how much blood one wants in one's caffeine system.
