The best part of http://paulgraham.com/ramenprofitable.html is that after the usual thoughtful little one-column essay, the first of the footnotes is a caution against eating ramen as a subsistence diet, and a recipe for rice and beans. A good recipe, too, although it could use some hot sauce.
