Sorbet/Granita/Slush

Half a medium watermelon
1/2 cup sugar
hefty squirt of lime juice
pinch of salt
Whizzed in the blender, emptied into machine. Did not prechill ingredients. If we get sufficient texturization, I'm going to unvat it into a sealable container and freeze it.
(Later: watermelon lime sorbet, rather than watermelon with a hint of lime. My squirts are prodigious. In tasting, E professed it to be his favorite ice cream ever; Z says ptui. Now solidifying in the freezer.)
