Improvements to respiratory system:
- from birds: unidirectional airflow through lungs -- requires major replumbing, usefully separates trachea from esophagus... speaking could be an issue.
- from whales: increase myoglobin density in muscle tissue... might increase susceptibility to carbon monoxide poisoning.
