8.5 oz 70% cocoa chocolate (Trader Joe's Pound Plus, extra dark, half of the bar)
2/3 cup sugar
salt
vanilla
cinnamon
1 shot or so Bailey's Irish Cream
Custard method, then ganache method, stirring in the vanilla, cinnamon and liqueur when cooled.
