Heavy weights lifted
Apr. 25th, 2010 05:20 pmOn the one hand I'm probably about as strong now as I ever have been in my life; my stamina is improved, and I occasionally feel physically powerful. My knees are happier with stairs.
On the other hand, I am currently extraordinarily tired, and trying not to sleep because I know how badly it will throw off my circadian for the next few days.
