Not a great movie, though. Turning your brain off is mandatory, as none of the technology or software development practices make sense.
(Nobody has root access. Nobody has debuggers? The largest VR online game system in the world runs 24/7 without new development? Brain explodey!)
Loud, predictable, and light on characterization. Possibly passes the Bechdel Test, but if so only by the slimmest of margins and accidents, since there are only four named females and one unnamed one with a few lines.
