The mailing list SCA-East returns with a new set of rules, which can be boiled down to one: don't be a jerk.

I suspect everyone can live with that in principle, and some will violate it in practice.

thank you I was going to ask the same question. I have never joined because of the reputation of the list. I am very thankful that it may become a useful tool.
