Finished: _K-Machines_, by Damien Broderick. The sequel to _Godplayers_, in which all is explained. This book would not make sense without, and is semi-necessary to the full enjoyment of the predecessor. It helps to have some minor knowledge of Kabbalah, or at least to Google every unfamiliar capitalized word.
