But I don't care about their historical accuracy in this context; I just want the most accurate forecast possible. They revise their forecast several times per day; why not revise it when current conditions trigger something obvious?
(I want to know historical accuracy in other contexts, such as deciding between forecasters. That's a separate dataset.)
