Pumpkin "meatloaf"?

I (think) I have a pumpkin allergy. This is not a meatloaf, although it will be the main course at dinner tonight.

Interesting: I've never heard of a pumpkin allergy, and I've heard of several odd ones, as I have oral allergy syndrome, which draws together allergies based on the shape of tree pollen compared to vegetable elements. I wonder if you're an outlier or if you have oral allergy syndrome, also.

Anyway, the chili sounds tasty.

I used to like roasted pumpkin seeds. One October day I had them for the first time in quite a while, and almost immediately broke out in hives. Since then I haven't tried any pumpkin.
