Eliz dropped me off at the town square and I promptly slipped on a patch of ice and fell right in front of our car.

That was nearly six hours ago. The knee will take my weight, but it's chewed up and the pain is distracting. I can walk with a cane.

I wonder what my superpowers will be?

True, canes are a super-villain thing; however, wheelchairs are totally heroic. I suspect he should get a wheelchair and go for the Prof X / Dr. Caulder / Oracle.

Of course the cane could belong to Dr. Donald Blake...
