Dan's Standard Lamb Curry:
- one large chopped onion, a large handful of chopped garlic, saute in vegetable oil until translucent.
- about two pounds of lamb, trimmed and cubed
- two pounds of tomatoes, diced, with juice
- two pounds of cooked or canned garbanzos, with liquid
- many spices in ludicrous quantity, or about 2/3 cup of Patak's curry paste.
Simmer as long as possible.
Experimental Dal:
- two cups green dal
- two cups lamb broth
- cumin
Pressure cooker. We will see.
