Someone should really let her know that Google has linked to her, and that she should make sure she has a DL, SSN, and business plan for them.

I agree. http://www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com/terms.php is nothing I'd want to link to. Oops. That terms of service is might strong.

You may, instead, want to link to http://volokh.com/archives/archive_2006_10_22-2006_10_28.shtml#1161634828 which talks about how claiming rights you don't have doesn't make it so.

But, then again, I dated on the Internet, and met lots of people who claimed one thing but reality was another. :-)
