Whatever time you think it is, it might not be. Daylight Saving Time ended this morning. If you think it is 9:00 AM,
it may be 8:00 AM.

Your computer probably did the adjustment by itself. Your wall clocks and microwaves probably did not. Your VCR (12:00! 12:00! 12:00!...) may have adjusted if it is a recent model. Your DVR almost certainly did.

I trust you have the idea now. Be uncertain today.

If you are not in the USA, this may or may not apply to you. If you are in Arizona or Hawaii, you don't have DST at all - but you might have it in AZ next year. If you are in Indiana, you need to check with your county. In Las Vegas, Nevada, you can't tell what time it is anyway until you step out of the casino. Canadians, y'all are provincial. In the Southern hemisphere, all bets are off.

... and next year, everyone without a device which doesn't get software updates, will be screwed. (My sweetie's full-function alarm clock, for example. It updated itself today, but next year it will be annoying, and every year thereafter.)
