Fruitcake

We had a nice slice of fruitcake last night.

I made the fruitcake on December 25th, so it has lasted 7 weeks. There are about two slices left. Still really good. Opening the container releases alcohol fumes sufficient to start a buzz.

I shall make this again next winter.
