dsrtaoSome oranges are sour, which I do not like. Some are sweet-and-sour, which I do like. When the balance shifts all the way to sweet, I'm unhappy again.
The particular kind of orange influences the flavor, but is clearly not wholly deterministic. I just had a bunch of clementines which tasted of berries, perhaps raspberry or blackberry. Cara-caras taste the way fresh navel oranges smell.
I like the whole citrus family.
