For any given event, each cat has their own dramatic idiom.

Tycho will Investigate. He gets into the middle of things, whiskers and nose first.

Sophia will Supervise. She sits back, hopefully at altitude, and observes.

Phoebe will Complain. Probably about the lousy service she's getting.
