dsrtaoMoe's Southwest Grill is a chain fast-food restaurant. One just opened up in Waltham. Nano-review: meh.
The food quality is acceptable, and there are a bunch of vegetarian and possibly vegan options. Traffic flow is unidirectional from a door to the ordering/prep line to the cashier to the salsa station and the soda fountain, and on to the seating area. Unfortunately, it's also slow.
It's not as good as Ana's Taqueria, it's not as good as Taqueria Mexico, and both of those are cheaper. Ana's is much faster.
