Relief in sight

Talked with high management, who agreed that significant vacation time is due me, and that my sanity is of high concern to the company. I am working out a vacation schedule for the rest of the year -- looks like I'll be working one killer seven day stretch and no more than three days in a row other than that.

From what you've said in the past I think this means additional staff. They can afford it.
