If there is a post with N comments, I am invited to read N comments.
If it has no comments, I am invited to leave a comment.
If the post is set to no-comments-allowed, the line is missing.
That's not interesting, that's expected.
Interesting bit: if comments have been left but they are screened, then the line is "Read 0 comments".

Date: 2009-04-24 06:15 pm (UTC)On this comment I see the Options button. If I chose that then I get the preview button, but sometimes it is there right from the start.
