It's 3:33 PM. We've watched last night's Doctor Who, started cleaning the guest room in preparation for my parents' arrival Friday, went out for Indian, did some minor grocery shopping, ran into Liam and Alethea, and now it's time to continue cleaning. I feel tired... but not sleepy tired. Merely out-of-breath and it-would-be-nice-to-sit-down. Yay! I know how to fix that: more exercise. And now I have enough energy to start that cycle: exercise and good food, losing weight, gaining stamina, leads to more or better exercise, and hey, I can stop substituting food for sleep, which means I can lose the weight and exercise more and then...

Hrm. At an optimal rate, I will weigh nothing at all in three years, but be able to lift a non-hybrid compact sedan and carry it out to the curb, twice. Might have to jigger the figures a little.

Note to self - CPAPs induce maniacal happiness and plans to dominate the world.

They work. They are useful. Don't take a nap without one!

Congrats on a new phase of life.

I remember hearing that from Yeliz. I just figured (if you were like me) more information, even redundant at times, might be better.

I don't mind having the monopoly on heart trouble in our little circle. It saves you all grief. :-)
